This gang perpetrated the sale of narcotics in three neighborhoods of the 14th district of the capital city of the department of Santander.

In the framework of the Operation 'Horus', troops of the Caldas Battalion of the Fifth Brigade, of the Second Division of the National Army in coordination with the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Prosecutor's Office, it was possible to capture seven individuals apparently belonging to the criminal group 'Los Carramanes', who perpetrated the micro-trafficking of narcotics in one locality of Bucaramanga, in the department of Santander.

The operation conducted in the neighborhoods Buenos Aires, Buena Vista and Morrorrico, led to the discovery of 4 cell phones, 6 bags of lactose used in the preparation of cocaine, about 343 grams of this alkaloid and more than 4 million 400 thousand pesos in cash.

Those captured, including three women and four men, were put into custody of the authorities to face charges for the crimes of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics and aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes.

Similarly, the Fifth Brigade invites the community to timely report situations such as these through the toll-free line 147 or the number 3213568070 from any landline or cell phone, or to the number 3213568070.
