Full of hope, more humanitarian flights of the Colombian Aerospace Force arrived in the municipality El Calvario, as part of the response of the National Disaster Risk Management System to this place which was the epicenter of the seismic movements that occurred this week.

Prioritizing people who require medical assistance with specialists, 13 people were transported from El Calvario to Villavicencio, on a flight that takes approximately 20 minutes, a journey that by land at this time would take about 10 hours, due to the landslides.

"We are very happy to be here in Villavicencio, it has been a month since we left, it is gratifying to see my loved ones again," said Alexandra Rodr铆guez, a resident of El Calvario, who was transported along with her faithful partner, Mono a Creole puppy, which she managed to bring with her on board a Black Hawk helicopter of the Air Combat Command No. 2.

They in the same way transported more food kits and tactical tents of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management and donations provided by the Corporation Organization El Minuto de Dios, such as clothing and non-perishable food, as well as supplies for the staff of the National Police Station of the municipality, completing about 2700 kilos of cargo.

Crews and aircraft of the Colombian Aerospace Force are in first-degree preparation, to assist people who want it, with the firm purpose of facilitating the quality of life of these people hit by nature.
