The Colombian Air Force joins forces to support the department of Chocó

With the start-up of an initiative of the Professional Officers of the Reserve of the Air Combat Command No.5, with the Mayor's Office, the Firemen and the Office of Risk Management of Rionegro, donations of non-perishable food and basic elements to support those hit by the rains in the department of Chocó, are being collected.

 

These donations will be received until March 7 in the points listed below:

Under the slogan "Let's support the victims of the rains of Chocó!", the institutions of the State and the community, join efforts to reach the most vulnerable populations of this department, which has been hit by heavy rains and the ravages of the rains season.

 

Food and items collected will be distributed to families that have been previously identified by the risk management agencies, through aircrafts of the Colombian Air Force, which reaches the most distant places of the national territory with the mission to continue fulfilling the country and get in this department.
