The laboratories achieved a monthly production of at least 265 kilos of coca base paste per month.
Troops of the Miguel Antonio Caro Battalion of the Thirteenth Brigade of the National Army, in coordination with the Anti-Narcotics Police, the Colombian Air Force, find and destroy three laboratories for the production of coca base paste in the municipality of Puerto Boyac谩, Boyac谩.
In the three sites for the production of hallucinogens, found in the village Morro Cebu, were wooden structures, 195 gallons of gasoline, five mixers, 75 gallons of diesel, 30 gallons of coca base paste in process, three hand pumps, 100 kilos of cement, a scythe, a chainsaw and plastic barrels of different resources.
With this result, an important loss is achieved against the organized armed group, Gao, Clan del Golfo, of the Jorge Iv谩n Arboleda Garc茅s substructure, in destruction of precursors and infrastructure of approximately by more than 24 million pesos. According to the information collected by the authorities, it was possible to establish that the monthly production capacity of the laboratories was 265 kilos of coca paste or cocaine, with a commercial value per kilo of 3,050 million pesos for monthly production of 808.250 million pesos approximately.
