Colombian National Army has intensified its operation in the south-east of the country through Operation Themis 2.0, whose main objective is to neutralize the ringleaders of organized armed groups responsible for assassinations of social leaders, human rights defenders and signatories of the peace agreement.
As part of this strategy, the Fourth Army Division, in coordination with the Colombian Aerospace Force, the Colombian Navy, the National Police and the Attorney General's Office, presented the most wanted poster in the departments of Meta, Guaviare and Vaupés. This list provides important rewards for information that leads to the arrest of the main ringleaders of these criminal structures.
Among the most wanted criminals is alias Ivan Mordisco, the maximum ringleader, for whom more than 3,000 million pesos reward is offered. This criminal has seven arrest warrants and is accused as the perpetrator of the murders of 16 indigenous leaders, a peasant ringleader and 10 peace signers.
In addition, the list includes other ringleaders for whom significant rewards are provided:

Alias Vivi Puñaleto, member of the John Linares Structure, of the Jorge Suárez Briceño Bloc.

The amounts of the rewards are established based on the level of importance and dangerousness of each ringleader. It should be noted that people wishing to provide information can contact the official numbers (telephone line 107 against terrorism and cell phones 3178965777 and 3143587212). The Army works with absolute reserve for those who denounce.
Colombian Army invites the inhabitants to contribute with information that leads to find the whereabouts of these criminals, always keeping absolute reserve.
The Themis 2.0 Operation seeks to hit the command, control, finances and logistics of the organized armed groups that generate violence in this region of the country. Through these operations, Colombian National Army reaffirms its commitment to the protection of human rights, the security of the inhabitants and the construction of peace in the territory.
