In a maritime interception operation, Colombian Navy Units through the Pacific Naval Force, find the first shipment of cocaine hydrochloride of the year in the mouths of the Yurumangu铆 River, in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, when it was intended to be transported illegally by several individuals to Costa Rica.

The maritime control operations carried out by Units of the Coast Guard Station of Buenaventura and the Ship ARC Nari帽o, on the mouth of the Yurumangu铆 River, led to the detection of a lobster-type ship manned by three individuals, which was moving at high speed in the middle of the night, carrying several bags suspiciously.

Immediately, the Coast Guard Units began the chase of the boat, which after 20 minutes, led to the immobilization of the boat 16 nautical miles of the coast. Once the inspection was carried out by the military personnel, 28 bags were found containing several rectangular packages with physical characteristics and composition similar to illicit substances.

The boat and the three individuals were transported to the pier of the Coast Guard Station of Buenaventura, where members of the Technical Investigation Corps of the Prosecutor made the preliminary identification test approved - PIPH to the substances found within the packages, leaving positive result for 700 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, so that the individuals were put into custody of the Prosecutor's Office, where they are prosecuted for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics.

During the operation, 650 gallons of fuel, three satellite finders, a cell phone, two portable VHF radios, a GPS and a signal amplifier were in the same way found.
