These soldiers are part of Colombian National Army's Direct operation and Reconnaissance battalions.
The Tactical Training and Recurrent training School, ESERT, successfully completed the training of 400 military personnel of the Direct operation and Reconnaissance battalions, who for four weeks strengthened their differential resources to strengthen military operations.
The troops, composed of brave sons of the homeland, have received solid training in techniques, tactics and procedures that prepare them for deployment to various regions of the country.
These soldiers will carry out precision surgical operations in the departments of Arauca, department of Amazonas, department of Caquetá, department of Casanare, department of Putumayo, department of Guaviare and department of Guainía, where they will use the knowledge obtained against criminal structures that hit the security and well-being of the communities.
The mission is not only to dismantle criminal groups, but in the same way to contribute to stability and peace in the inhabitants.
The ESERT culminates 2025 with 2,400 soldiers trained for the different Rapid Deployment forces, reaffirming the commitment to act with efficiency and determination in the defense of sovereignty and national security within the framework of the Ayacucho Plus Plan.
