An individual was captured with 2 kilos of cocaine hydrochloride in the urban area of the city.
Cauca. In the frame of the Diamante Plan, being conducted in the department of Cauca by the troops of the Twenty-Ninth Brigade of the Third Division, in coordination with the National Police, it was possible to capture an individual, 24, who went in a vehicle in the area of the Barrio Villa Colombia, in Popayán. Apparently, the man belongs to the groups that are financed by drug trafficking and commit crimes in the city and its surroundings.
The events occurred thanks to the implementation of the Civic Participation Network - Reparc, of the National Army, which seeks to generate the denunciation of any type of crime. This is how the authorities of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) - Cauca and the National Police immediately managed to react and find a vehicle, inside which they found a sack weighing approximately 2 kilos, which after its revision was positive for hydrochloride cocaine.
This capture, as the 64 reported by the National Army in the department of Cauca, is the result of the constant work in the area by military control operations and awareness work that is carried out among the community, so that people can join the work of the authorities in the fight against drug trafficking and micro trafficking, which do so much harm to society, especially our children and adolescents.
