Thanks to the joint effort and the strategy of comprehensive action against drug trafficking, it was possible to find, destroy and process eight structures for the production of coca base, in rural areas of the Department of Chocó, where solid and liquid precursors used for this illicit practice were in the same way found.
This operation was carried out in El Chorro Village, San José del Palmar municipality, where troops of the National Army and Anti-Narcotics Police, in the same way the Attorney General's Office, intervened in the frame of a case under investigation.
Colombian Air Force aircraft participated in this mission, achieving the disabling of these rustic structures where fuels and macerated coca leaf were in the same way destroyed.
