Soldiers of the Third Brigade reported the arrest of three people in charge of the shipment of narcotics from Colombian ports to Europe.
Through intelligence work carried out by the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) Valle del Cauca and in coordination with the Attorney General's Office, it was possible to find three individuals who were wanted for the crimes of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics.
After the collection of material evidence elements, it was possible to neutralize this alleged transnational organization that commits crimes under the modality of contamination of exported cargoes in legal trade operations abroad. As it could be established, the shipments of narcotics initially left the city of Cali to be sent to ports on the Colombian Atlantic Coast and then they were dispatched to Europe.
Those arrested were put into custody of the authorities for the respective prosecution process.
