The controlled destruction of a building specialized in illegal drug production in Nariño, with a monthly production capacity of four tons of cocaine, led to the visibility of the illegal routes used by the residual organized armed group, GAO-r, to ship narcotics to the United States and Mexico, and to profit economically.
Troops of the Command Against Drug Trafficking and Transnational Threats (CONAT), in coordination with the National Police, carried out in the village of Bocas de Albín de Barbacoas, department of Nariño, the finding of a cocaine hydrochloride production laboratory made of nine substructures.
