Inhabitants of Altos de Cazucá receive aid amid contingency for covid-19

With the distribution of humanitarian aid packages, the National Army, in institutional coordination, continues to benefit people in vulnerable conditions, this time, they supported the quarantine of the Altos de Cazucá community in Soacha, Cundinamarca.

 

The National Army and the El Nogal Foundation heard the call for help of the Altos de Cazucá community in Soacha, Cundinamarca, which was asking for help amid the quarantine of the pandemic, which has generated high levels of need in this inhabitants.

 

For this reason, soldiers of the homeland and the Foundation El Nogal personnel came to this commune to benefit vulnerable families with the distribution of 600 food baskets that included chicken, rice, oil, salt, sugar, donuts, eggs and dairy products such as yogurt and milk, among other items in the family basket.

 

In the framework of the Defense Support operations to the Civil Authority, the men of the Comprehensive Action and Development Support Command with its Comprehensive Action Operations Battalion, and the Fifth Division, with its Military Police Battalion No.13, will continue to work hand in hand with public and private foundations and institutions to bring well-being and development to those who need it most during this health emergency.
