After the tracking and intelligence carried out by the Colombian Air Force, the National Army, the Colombian Navy and the National Police, it was possible to identify, in the municipality of Ach铆, Bol铆var, an illegal economic activity in this sector. Two individuals in flagrante delicto were captured and two rudimentary dredges, which were used in illegal mining, were seized.
The two individuals were taken to the municipality of Magangu茅 for the judicial process for the crime of illegal exploitation of mineral deposits and other minerals, in accordance with the provisions of Article No.388.
