Thanks to a coordinated operation conducted by the Air Force and the National Police, it was possible to identify two collection centers in Magdalena.

In the rural area of the municipality of Ciénaga, Magdalena, the Colombian Air Force and the National Police, identify two collection centers for illegal marijuana, which were built so rustic, and had inside 1 085 kilos of marijuana that were in different stages of production, which, apparently, had previously tried to be hidden, taking advantage of the conditions of this wooded area, where troops carried out the raid.

This result was possible thanks to the coordinated work conducted by the Air Force and the National Police, managing to destroy the two collection centers, along with the cannabis, according to the Test of Preliminary Identification Approved. This drug was intended to be sent abroad and it would scot 221 million pesos.

At this time, investigations are carried out to establish the criminal organization owner of these collection centers; interagency efforts will continue to be made, with the aim of weakening these activities of criminal groups that harm the safety of the inhabitants, especially in rural areas of the country.
