In the course of joint operations conducted by the Colombian Air Force, the National Army, the Colombian Navy and in coordination with the Attorney General's office, more than one ton of narcotic drugs was found in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca.

This blow to the organizations in the service of drug trafficking was carried out in río Naya, in the Ajicito sector, where the interception of a Go Fast boat was carried out, in which 58 bags containing marijuana and cocaine hydrochloride were found by troop. In the same way a satellite phone, three GPS, four cell phones, a VHF radio and 650 gallons of fuel were seized.

In addition to the interception of this ship it was possible to find and subsequent destroy a drug production laboratory. In the place, barrels of fuel were found by troops, along with coca leaves and spraying machinery, apparently belonging to the residual organized armed group, GAO-r, structure 6 Jaime Martínez.

The Colombian Air Force together with the other military forces and in coordination with the other State institutions will continue to carry out operations that weaken the structures of drug trafficking that commit crimes on the Colombian Pacific coast, thus achieving a heavy impact on the economy of these groups outlaw.
