In the Plan 1,000 activities against killings, there was a joint mission and coordinated conducted by the Colombian Air Force, the National Army and the National Police, in which it was possible to weaken criminal structure that commit crimes such as manufacturing, trafficking of firearms, in addition to collection of money from extortion absent traders in the municipality of Tame, Arauca.

In the operation, three people were arrested and the apprehension of two minors was possible, for the alleged crimes of traffic, carrying or possession of firearms, use of restricted ammunition of exclusive use of the Military Forces.

The arrested would be members of the residual Organized Armed Groups, GAO-r, Structure 10, who allegedly would have been carrying out selective homicides and the collection of money from extortion against merchants.

In the same way, in the raid, war material was seized and the immobilization of four motorcycles, which are already under the control of the authorities for their respective prosecution was possible.

With this important result, it was possible to weaken the Residual Structures of Support Networks (RAER) of the Residual Organized Armed Group (GAOR) Martín Villa, reducing its capacity, reducing possible terrorist operations against the Military Forces in the department of Arauca.
