The Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) - Ariari group-, in coordination with the Second Specialized Prosecutor's Office of Villavicencio in Meta, arrested 10 members of the organized gang Los Zarcos at the service of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo.
Through an investigative work and in development of search warrants, the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) managed to find the members of this criminal structure and those who were required by the Colombian justice for the crimes of association to commit crimes aggravated for extortive purposes, reception of illegal goods, computer damage, manipulation of telecommunications and electronic elements and disclosure of secrecy.
Among those arrested thee are the main ringleaders who carried out their criminal activities in Villavicencio and Ariari in the department of Meta.
They are is Michael Stiven Ruiz Gómez, who has the nickname of Mono Gay; Cristian Alberto Bautista Lobaton, alias Cristian or Hacker; Yor Esneyder Gaitan Gonzalez, alias Bayan; Yorleny Gaitan Gonzalez, aka Tatiana; Oscar David Castañeda Garzón, alias Pechan; Wilson Basin Poveda, alias Poveda; Anderson Sneyder Charrys Garzon, alias Garzón; Betner Drrichis Mariño Castañeda, alias Keppo; and Duvan Jair Urueña Muñoz and Kenty Camilo Forero Fernandez.
It should be noted that during the operation, 112 cellular devices were found by troops, 32 have theft reports, 80 mobile devices are without legal pre-existence, two portable computers, and 07 Dodge brand electronic keys.
