In a coordinated operation the Navy of Colombia with the Attorney General of the Nation, it was possible to capture in San Marcos, in the department of Sucre, four individuals accused of sexual assault against a 14 years old girl.
The operation was carried out by troops of the Marine Infantry men of Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) of Sucre and officials of the Technical Corps of Investigation of the Office of the Prosecutor-CTI, who arrived at the municipality La Cuenca, in the municipality of San Marcos, making effective de capture warrants, issued by the Second Court against four individuals, 63, 70, 71 and 79.
The individuals, accused of sexual assault against a girl under 14 years of age, in October 2018, were put into custody of the authorities, who after conducting the judicial proceedings, found them guilty of the crime of sexual assault. They were put in house arrest.
