For the crimes of aggravated homicide and qualified theft, 3 men were captured in the municipalities of Neiva and Garzón. The operations were carried out by troops of Artillery battalions No. 9 Tenerife and No. 12 Special Energy and Roads, of the Ninth Brigade, in coordination with the Technical Investigation Corps.
The first actions were reported in the capital of Huila, where Oswaldo Mosquera Muñoz was captured, in compliance with order No. 82 issued by the Third Court for the Execution of Penalties and Security Measures of Neiva, for the crime of qualified theft.
Subsequently, through information provided by the Basic Network of Civic Participation and in compliance with the arrest warrant No. 26 issued by the Tenth Court for the Execution of Penalties and Security Measures of the Neiva, was captured Ever García Vásquez, 38, for the crime of qualified and aggravated theft.
Finally, in the municipality of Garzón, Huila, troops of the Special Energy and Roads Battalion No. 12, by court warrant No. 016 issued by the First Criminal Court of Neiva, Jorge Eliecer Palacios, 22, was captured for the crime of aggravated homicide.
