Huila. The continuous checkpoints, conducted by troops of the Infantry Battalion No. 27 Magdalena of the Ninth Brigade on the roads, counteract the plans of the criminal groups of drug trafficking.
This time the operation took place in the village El Mármol on the road Isnos - Paletará, south of the department of Huila. During night patrols, it was possible to find a bag that, when inspected was established, it contained approximately 12 kilos of marijuana, distributed in 11 packages.
As it was possible to establish, the hallucinogen would have a cost in the illicit market of $ 3,600,000, pesos and it would have as final destination the municipality of Pitalito, hence the result is aimed at facing one of the crimes that attack public safety and health.
