Young Colombians of the different regions of the country, fulfill with heart and loyalty the tasks emanating during their military service in the Air Units of the Colombian Air Force. An opportunity that leads them to train and at the same time, serve the country with pride and satisfaction.
This is how a group of young people by the ages of 18 and 23, on a voluntary basis, conduct security and base defense tasks at the Maintenance Air Command, in the municipality of Madrid, Cundinamarca; in which they have the opportunity to train and study in areas such as:
Operator of Security, Surveillance and Control of Facilities.
Operator Guide Dog
Operator of Electronic Security Means.
Airport Firefighter and Airport Security.
Operator for persons Protection.
Respect, sincerity, responsibility, sacrifice, companionship, commitment, loyalty and discipline become fundamental pillars, adopted by these personnel during their time in the Units, units that faithfully represent a human Air Force and are composed of men and women of honor, who proudly wear a pixelated uniform sheltered under the blue sky.
In this way, the Air Maintenance Command, cradle of aeronautical logistics and major maintenance of Air Force aircraft, will continue to open the doors for all young people who wish to define their military situation, being a fundamental piece in the fulfillment of the institutional mission.
