In development of military operations, troops of the National Army, in an inter-institutional work with the Technical Research Corps, CTI, arrested the individual known by the alias of El Abuelo, who would be a member of the residual organized Armed Group, GAO-r, Oliver Sinisterra. The incident occurred in the El Retiro neighborhood, in the east of Santiago de Cali.
Alias El Abuelo would have led this group for six years, which was responsible for controlling the drug trafficking route on the Mira River.
In the same way, he would be responsible for collecting money from commissions for sales of cocaine hydrochloride to both sellers and buyers, thus raising money in the guayacana sector, via Pasto-Tumaco.
He is in the same way accused of being the perpetrator of selective killings, extortion and forced disappearances in the municipality of La Guayacana Llorente, in the municipality of Tumaco, Nariño.
This individual, after being put into custody of the authorities, will have to face charges for aggravated homicide, forced disappearance, Association to commit crimes and illegal carrying of weapons.
