Around 200 people enjoyed the many activities scheduled during the day.
Through the Unified operation of the State conducted by the Eighth Division, the Support Command of Comprehensive Action and Development, the program Faith in Colombia, the Yopal City Hall and the Foundation Cambiando Estrellas, the families of the Siete de Agosto neighborhood benefited from different medical services, recreational activities and distribution of school kits during this activity.
General medicine, dentistry, healthy lifestyle habits, sexual and mental health, were some of the services provided for this community, who appreciated the noble mission of the Colombian soldiers in this area of the country. In the same way, for the faithful four-legged partners there was in the same way a space for vaccination and deworming for dogs and cats.
The Comprehensive Action Battalion No. 8 was in charge of brightening the day to the little ones, with clowns, face painting, inflatables and different games that were carried out in an activity full of laughs and fun.
The National Army, in coordination with the different institutions, will continue carrying out different activities for the benefit of the most vulnerable communities of the “llanera” region and throughout the national territory.
