Five individuals accused of being members of the GAO Clan del Golfo reportedly had these people tied up in their own home.
According to the victims, armed men violently entered a house and sexually abused a woman in front of her relatives, in the village of La Floresta, in the municipality of Yolombó, Antioquia.
Thanks to a call made by the inhabitants, the National Army reported the rescue of these women (including a minor), who had been tied up by alleged members of the Jorge Iván Arboleda Garcés Substructure.
Finally, the people thanked the operation carried out by the military. If they had not reacted, the other women would have suffered sexual assaults as well.
