In an emotional ceremony presided over by Vice Admiral Andr茅s V谩squez Villegas, commander of the Caribbean Naval Force, accompanied by the families of the victims and Officers, NCOs and Navy Infantry men, the formal distribution of the Home subsidies was made. It will lead the heroes of the Nation, Dagoberto P茅rez Palacio and Jorge Luis Orozco Porto, to have a good house for their families.

In the framework of the Comprehensive House Policy and with the commitment to promote the reestablishment of households that have in the family group, a member of the active Security forces or the Active Reserve, injured in combat, the Naval Force of the Caribbean, through the Office of Victims and Historical Memory of the National Navy, granted house subsidies to two navy infantry men.

These two men of the National Navy, will be able to make use of the subsidy, equivalent to 70 legal minimum wages in force, to acquire new or used house. The benefits granted to the personnel of the Military Forces are part of the Government's strategy, which seeks to guarantee the victims of the conflict the restoration of living conditions for the heroes of the country, who have been harmed due to the situation of the violence.

This joint effort conducted by the Ministry of House, City and Territory, and the Ministry of National Defense, is a wellbeing alliance to honor the men of sea and war, who have lost their lives defending the Sovereignty and the Security of the territory.

The granting ceremony in the same way included the speech by Priest Wilson Cadena, Chaplain of the Caribbean Naval Force, who send a hopeful message to the victims and their families, who have directly survived the consequences of the rigor of war.
