Bolivar. The Naval Academy of Cadets 'Almirante Padilla', through its office of Comprehensive Action, constantly conducts operations of rapprochement with the community, for this reason 12 representatives of this unit conducted the “Plan Saludo” (Greeting Plan) with the inhabitants of the Zapatero neighborhood, in Cartagena.
During the visits, the personnel of the Administrative Department of Health of the city were assisted in the preparation of a study with a view to a Development Support Activity in the future that brings the State services closer to this sector of the city.
The specialized personnel of the city conducted a campaign of promotion and prevention of diseases such as tuberculosis, leprosy and Dengue, giving the residents the necessary advice to prevent or detect these diseases in time.
