This project was carried out due to the need that exists in the larger units of the Navy, to announce all types of information on board, whether it is sailing or at the dock. That announcer of the units has started to fail because it has obsolete technology.
For this reason, five students of the course of professional complementation of the Faculty of Naval Engineering, investigated the subject and carried out the update of this system, studying the possible solutions to this problem, based on cutting-edge technological developments, which will give advantages to future. The failures of the announcers can be corrected in a faster, more efficient and economical way.
The Naval Academy of Cadets "Almirante Padilla" as naval academy and maritime university, makes available all its technological capabilities and research development, to update the electronic mechanisms of the afloat units of the Navy of Colombia that protect the Blue color of the Flag.
