Two hours of fighting left one person dead as part of the military operation, allegedly belonging to this organized armed group.
After a military intelligence planning carried out within the framework of the Strategic Campaign Plan Ayacucho -Tiempo 2- by the Joint Task Force Omega, it was possible to deal a powerful blow to Structure 1 Armando Ríos, in the Termales village, municipality of Calamar, Guaviare.
Three operations have been launched against this illegal group, which have had the joint support of the Colombian Air Force, who have been constantly flying over the area.
As a result, an alleged member of this structure died in the framework of the military operation; in the same way, the troops found two rifles with sights, a short firearm, a grenade launcher, 2,427 rounds of ammunition of different calibers, eight grenades, three improvised explosive devices, 16 magazines, a mean of launching explosive devices, 10 meters of detonating cord, two jars of black powder, 31 camouflaged uniforms, 28 units of campaign equipment, 14 belts, five vests, five bracelets and a beret alluding to the FARC, a communications radio, ten notebooks with information.
At the place of the facts, the Judicial Police entered by air to carry out the urgent acts, who later carried out the extraction.
