The unified operation conducted by the Caribbean Naval Force, civil and military authorities and the private sector of the region, led to provide the municipality of Arjona, with a medical care activity with services for basic care.
In order to contribute to the comprehensive development of the rural communities of the department of Bol铆var, a Development Support Activity was carried out in the municipality of Puerto Badel, municipality of Arjona, in the department of Bol铆var, which benefited more than 500 people .
About 250 specialized services in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Gynecology, were carried out in the school of this municipality of Bol铆var, thanks to the articulated work of the Navy Infantry Battalion No.12 of the Navy of Colombia, the Arjona Municipal Mayor's Office, the Unidos Foundation and the French Beauty Academy.
During the activity, there were services of barbershop and hairdressing and school kits and books were given to children and adolescents, who in the same way enjoyed leisure and recreational activities, by the Department of Comprehensive Action of the Naval Institution.
