After more than six months of preparation, the Anti-Drug Trafficking Battalion No.1 and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion passed the evaluation for the Operational Capabilities Concept E&F program.
In this evaluation space it was possible to show to the staff of evaluators certified by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization the outstanding resources of Colombian National Army in its specialties of Engineers and Infantry, as well as an emphasis on continuous preparation for future challenges.
For more than 10 days a simulated operation was carried out, where through a controlled environment different situations were presented to the soldiers so that thanks to the preparation and professionalism, they face them and approve, demonstrating the high level of instruction and adaptability that the units of Colombian National Army possess.
