Thanks to pressure of the Military Forces, three people were released in Ituango

In military operation it was possible to obtain the release of three people who had been illegally detained, presumably by the residual organized armed group E-18, in a rural area of ​Ituango.

Thanks to the pressure exerted by the National Army, Air Force and Police, this important result took place, which led these three people to recover their freedom after two days.

Immediately the action was den denounced, an aircraft of the Air Combat Command No. 5 was arranged to carry out operations on this area.

Army troops reported the discovery of those released to the Air Force crew, who ordered their Black Hawk UH-60 helicopter to transport two of the illegally detained from Ituango to Medellin, the third of them, remains in the municipality next to his relatives.
