For the capture of this individual the National Government provided a reward of up to 538 million pesos and he was one of the 27 symbols of evil.

This individual had a criminal experience of more than 18 years; he belonged to the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo as an active member of the Pacificadores de Córdoba and Bajo Cauca antioqueño Structure, a structure he left to maintain his criminal acts independently generating an atmosphere of confrontation against this armed structure.

In development of a Joint operation of the Military Forces, coordinated with the National Police and inter agency with the office of the Prosecutor General of the Nation, it was possible to neutralize Robinson Gil Walls, alias Flechas, maximum ringleader of Los Caparros, in the municipality of Piamonte, a municipality of Cáceres, Antioquia, this criminal was accused of ordering killings, selective disappearance and forced displacement of inhabitants in the municipality of Tarazá, Caucasia, Cáceres and Valdivia, Antioquia.

This neutralization was possible product of an ongoing intelligence work and pressure of the military and police units for more than three months; a time in which there was a siege to the objective, which led to the arrest of the second ringleader of the organization alias Pipe Gordo and led to finding of this ringleader that today died on development of the military operation.

This man was head of this organization since 2020, after the death of his predecessor Cain. He was charged with the crime of association to commit crimes, aggravated, in the borders of the departments of Antioquia, Córdoba and the sub-region of Bajo Cauca Antioquia; he is responsible for the murder of social leaders and the displacement of more than 2,800 people as a result of the clashes between that organization and the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo.

As the current ringleader of the GAO Caparros, he maintained control of the criminal chain of drug trafficking in its phase of production, collection and marketing especially in rural areas of the municipalities of La Caucana and El Guáimaro of the municipality of Tarazá, Antioquia, through criminal alliances with ringleaders of the residual Organized Armed Groups, GAO-r, structures 18 and 36, as well as with the Heroes y Martires front of the ELN. He in the same way had criminal interference in the illegal exploitation of mining sites on the banks of the Cacerí River, near the municipalities of Piamonte, Puerto Bélgica, Guarumo in the municipality of Cáceres, Antioquia.

Alias Flechas had an arrest warrant issued by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office No.8 of Medellín, for the crimes of association to commit aggravated crimes, aggravated homicide and trafficking manufacture and bearing of firearms. In addition, he was accused of the murder of social leaders Teylor Cruz Gil and Julio Cesar Hernández Salcedo, members of the Association of Peasants of Bajo Cauca; he ordered the collective murders of seven inhabitants of the municipalities of Caucasia and Tarazá, Antioquia, in the territorial dispute with the GAO Clan del Golfo, in December 2020 and January 2021 and the kidnapping of eight young people last February.

The neutralization of this ringleader contributes to the clarification of collective homicides and dismantles this Organized Armed Group that financed his criminal activities by controlling illicit activities through illegal routes for the sale of narcotics.
