The intervention of the site located in the district La Gloria in which there are currently 22 dogs, 15 cats and a horse in recuperation process lasted two weeks in which the common areas were repaired with brush clearing, removal of debris, improvement of facades, as well as maintenance of the dogs and cats spaces with welding, painting and reinforcement.

The initiative to recover the site was originated from a group of technical students of Auxiliar de Veterinaria of the Polytechnic Surcolombiano who carried out their internship in the place and saw the need to improve it.

Now the site has new capacity to house 32 cats and 32 dogs, which will reactivate the dynamics of adoption of animals.
