In a joint and coordinated operation conducted by the Colombian Air Force and the National Army it was possible over the weekend to find and destroy two complexes for the production of coca base paste, a coca leaf chopping area and distillery near the El Tuparro National Natural Park, in the Department of Vichada.
With Air Force aircraft it was possible to hit the finances and the cycle of drug trafficking production of the organized armed group, GAO, ELN, front José Daniel Pérez Carrero, which led to the destruction of these rustic laboratories.
During the operation were found by troops precursors such as two bags of urea, 18 gallons of ammonia, 15 blue plastic barrels with capacity for 55 gallons, eight white plastic barrels with capacity for five gallons, which were destroyed for the production of cocaine hydrochloride.
