The operation leads to the finding and destruction of an illicit refinery used for the storage and production of fuels stolen of the Caño Limón-Coveñas pipeline.
As part of the operations, it was possible to disable two illegal refineries, three rudimentary oil pools and two illicit valves, with which petroleum was being stolen of the Caño Limón - Coveñ
