The General Command of Military Forces in coordination with the mechanisms of the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition SIVJRNR, conducted in the facilities of the club of officers of the Colombian Air Force, the exhibition, titled Transformation and evolution of the Military Forces and the General Command of the Military Forces.
With the planning and creation of this space, the General Command and Military Forces (Army, Navy of Colombia, the Colombian Air Force), presented the mechanisms that make up the SIVJRNR, the transformation and evolution carried out in various aspects in seeking to improve the institutional Resources and in this way, continue with the fulfillment of the constitutional mission by the adherence to the highest standards of current legislation on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law.
The information presented includes the changes implemented on the lines of education and doctrine, evolution, organizational, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, adaptation to changes in the operational environment, operations, intelligence, Comprehensive Action, war plans and campaign plans, strategic direction, inspection and control, as well as reports of the restructuring and the reasons that motivated them.
This effort was led by the General Command of the Military Forces through the Joint Strategic Transition Command, from where work was coordinated with the dependencies of the General Command of the Military Forces, the National Army, the National Navy and the Colombian Air Force.
