In a joint inter-institutional operation conducted by the National Army, the Colombian Air Force, and the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), two alleged members of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, ELN, of the Juan Fernando Porras Martínez front, were arrested in the municipality of Campo Dos, in the municipality of Tibú, Norte de Santander.
This is alias El Grandote, who would be in charge of the criminal investigation work to carry out terrorist operations against military bases and police stations. In the same way, he is being accused of carrying out work to make this structure commit kidnappings. The other arrested is alias Yesik, who would conduct criminal work that would beat the community.
Those arrested were put into custody of the specialized Prosecutor's Office 15 of the Special Investigation Unit to continue with its judicial process; this is an operation that means a breakdown to this substructure, achieving the reduction of crimes that hit the tranquility of civilians.
