By means of Military Intelligence, the soldiers of the Rapid Deployment Force No. 4, of the specific command of Cauca, of the Third Division, find heavily armed members of the organized armed group, GAO, ELN, Frente Manuel Vásquez Castaño, in the village La Caridad, municipality of La Carbonera, in Bolivar, department of Cauca.

Later he was evacuated by helicopter to the municipality of Popayan, and taken to a health center where he is being provided with medical care by specialized medical personnel.
This military operation in the same way seized a rifle, two pistols, magazines, abundant ammunition of different calibres, campaign equipment, uniforms with emblems alluding to this organized group outlaw and two units of communication equipment.
