The individual had 22 years in the criminal organization, and would have participated in several criminal activities, such as the recent threats against the mayor of Frontino, burning vehicles on the main roads of the region and the coordination of the crime of one member of the former Farc in December 2019.

Among other intelligence work, alias Camisa was in the same way neutralized in Cauca, accused of being the ringleader of the organized armed group Residual Estructura Sexta Dagoberto Ramos Ortiz. A member of this subgroup was arrested at the scene and a minor was recovered, who was put into custody of the ICBF for the restoration of his rights.

In operations against sources of financing that attack the environment and Natural Resources, the Colombian Army, Navy and police found and destroyed 20 floating structures, which were being used for mineral exploration and exploitation activities in the Department of Bolivar. This machinery had the capacity to produce more than 20,000 grams of gold per month. In addition to the destroyed material, 18 people were arrested for the crime of illegal exploitation of mining sites.

Through joint efforts to hit drug trafficking, the Navy and the Army found and destroyed four illegal structures used for the production of coca paste and cocaine hydrochloride. These had the production capacity of 2,000 kilograms per month and would belong to the residual organized armed group Oliver Sinisterra.
