Colombia, through the Social and Business Group of Defense -GSED- will participate in the International Defense and Security Fair of Brazil, LAAD, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro to be conducted from April 2 to April 5, where the military industry Indumil will present its novelties in products and services.
The Colombian delegation will be headed by the Vice Minister of Defense for the GSED and Wellbeing, Gonzalo Muñoz Arboleda and the manager of Indumil, Almirante (in retirement ) Hernando Wills.
The technological and innovative development of the industrial companies of the Defense Sector passed in the last 10 years from dreams and projects to concrete facts such as the construction of ships, training planes, simulators and even bombs.
Vice Minister Muñoz will highlight these products and services that have been 100% tested in the most varied and difficult combat places, and developed hand in hand with the expertise, doctrine and demands of one of the most important Military Forces in the world, which today provide this knowledge regionally and internationally, hoping that other countries can replicate our operations successes.
Indumil will offer its production lines of firearms and ammunition, explosives and metalworking, including the Cordova pistol, the Galil AR rifle, one shot and repetition shotguns, mortar and hand munitions, as well as loads and air - surface bombs of 250 and 500 pounds.
In this way, the national security and defense industry is preparing for Expodefensa 2019 Power by Eurosatory, the most important specialized fair in the region to be held in Corferias from December 2 to 4.
