After days of intelligence work, the troops arrived at the Yaguara village, on the Tunia River, where they found members of the Structure 40 with some minors who have been illegally recruited.
The recovered minors were put into custody of the authority to restore their rights. This finding shows that these Structures continue to violate Human Rights by recruiting minors for their ranks.
The individuals will have to face charges at the Office of the Attorney General 112 specialized in Villavicencio for the crime of manufacture, trafficking and / or illegal possession of weapons of exclusive use of the Military Forces.
