Cauca The opportune reaction of the troops of the Military Elite Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group), the Third Army Division, the National Police and the Colombian Air Force, with the support of the Indigenous Guard, led to the release, in less than three hours, of Mr. Floriberto Díaz Díaz, who had been abducted from his farm in the village of Las Cañas, in the municipality of Miranda, department of Cauca.
Once known the kidnapping of this citizen, in the framework of the Security Council that was carried out in the north of the department of Cauca, the plan was launched and proceeded to block the roads entering and leaving the area, with the purpose of finding the whereabouts of this merchant.
The pressure by air and land launched over the troops forced them to release Mr. Floriberto, obtaining his finding and returning him to his home. In the place continue the operations tending to find those responsible for this fact.
