The closing ceremony of the Mobile IED Training Committee was held the last week.
This instruction was addressed to the men and women who are part of the Demining and Intelligence Management System; specific topics were addressed there, such as attacks on the network, attacks by explosive device and preparation of the branch.
35 members of Colombian National Army, including officers and non-commissioned officers of the Engineers' division and two of the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) received this instruction, which projects them in the context of knowledge, providing them with implementable tools for the benefit of the branch and the protection of civilians.
According to data of the National Center Against Explosive Devices (CENAM), 6867 explosive devices have been neutralized so far this year.
