In compliance with the Ayacucho Plan, the National Army, the National Police and the Attorney General's Office arrested alias Negro Guama, who apparently participated in the coordination on the terrorist operation against Mr. Edilberto Molina, mayor of the Municipality of Cartagena del Chairá, Caquetá, on February 14, 2021.
In a military operation by the units of the Sixth Division and thanks to the coordinated and interinstitutional work, the individual known as El Negro Guama, who was allegedly the group ringleader of the organized armed group Structura Míller Perdomo, was arrested in Cartagena del Chairá, in the department Caquetá.
Thanks to intelligence work, troops of the Caquetá Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group), the criminal investigation section and the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Attorney General's Office, by judicial order, this individual was arrested. He was wanted for the crimes of aggravated homicide, association to commit crimes, manufacture, trafficking and carrying of firearms and trafficking, manufacture or carrying of narcotics.
In his criminal experience, this individual apparently participated in the terrorist operation against a military unit found in the Valledupar village of the Municipality of Cartagena del Chairá, where a non-commissioned officer and a Soldier were killed, on February 24, 2021, in the same way apparently he would participate in the coordination on the terrorist operation against Mr. Edilberto Molina, Mayor of the Municipality of Cartagena del Chairá, on February 14, 2021 and apparently in the terrorist operation of the caravan of the Governor of Caquetá, in the Unión Peneya, municipality of La Montañita, Caquetá, where 2 police officers were killed, on January 28, 2022.
Alias el Negro Guama, in addition to attacking civilians and Military Forces, ordered the collection of money from extortion against of the livestock and commercial sector in order to carry out criminal activities of production and marketing of coca paste base and increase extortion in this region.
Thanks to the work of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group), the National Police and the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Attorney General's Office, this individual was put into custody of the authorities for his respective prosecution.
