Alias El Indio was wanted for allegedly carrying out micro-trafficking and extortion activities against merchants in the municipality of San José del Guaviare. This man allegedly maintained contact with members of the terrorism support networks of the residual Organized Armed Group First Structure, for the purchase of war material, and thus strengthen the criminal action of this group in Guaviare and southern Meta.
