In order to strengthen the cultural process that the institution is conducting, the Air Combat Command No.4, CACOM 4, received the visit of the commander of the Colombian Air Force, General Ramses Rueda Rueda, who held a conference about Integridad Primero (Integrity First) campaign, which seeks to highlight the importance of institutional principles and values.
General Rueda addressed to each of the officers, non-commissioned officers and non-military personnel of the CACOM 4, with the purpose to highlight the integrity as the key principle that frames the route of each of the missions carried out by the men and women of the Colombian Air Force, FAC, inviting all personnel under their command to have an exemplary behavior and integrity before society.
During his speech he emphasized that:" we are human and we can make mistakes, but if we are recurring in the same mistake it is by choice", reflecting with this on the capacity that all men and women of the institution must have to act within the framework of integrity.
It is important to mention that this event was conducted under the strict protocols of biosecurity, in order to apply the decree by the National Government to the health emergency for COVID-19 pandemic, and with the purpose of spread this initiative, in different points of the Air Base was transmitted by videoconference to all the staff: military and civilian of this unit.
