He was on the most wanted list in the department of Córdoba.

This man had a revolver and ammunition for himself. 6 other individuals, members of this organized armed group, were captured. They had in their possession 3 pistols, a grenade, 6 magazines, 165 cartridges, 4 motorcycles and military accessories and communications equipment.
Alias Caballo, 36, has a criminal record of four years in the criminal organization. He was in charge of extortion against ranchers and businessmen in Montelíbano, San José de Uré and Puerto Libertador, in the department of Córdoba, and Caucasia, in Bajo Cauca region, in the department of Antioquia.
This individual in the same way commanded structures in charge of planning and executing criminal operations against civilians and the Security forces. In addition, people denounce that this individual was responsible for the murder of social leaders, especially those that occurred in the municipality of San José, in Puerto Libertador, on June 29, 2019; in the El Palmar municipality in Montelíbano, on June 27, 2019, and in the San Francisco del Rayo municipality, in the same way in Montelíbano, on January 13 of this year.
