The man must now face charges for the crimes of aggravated extortion and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Alias 'Wilmar' would be responsible for extortion to merchants and ranchers in the departments of Meta and Guaviare, in addition, he would be coordinating criminal activities of drug trafficking with alias 'El Indio', a member of the organized armed group Frente Primero.
